After a lightening strike wiped us off the air some two years ago, the Waringarri Media and Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley team have finally got us back on the FM airwaves.

Thanks to our tech SPUD, Lincoln & SWEK CEO Vernon Lawrence joining 6WR Station Manager Fernando de Freiats at the Wyndham site to get it going again.

Tune in for a crisper sound in Wyndham and surrounds – at least 50 kms.

We’ve also applied for an FM licence in Kununurra with the same frequency – more on that in the new year.

You can still hear us on 693AM in Wyndham and all around the East Kimberley – for 300kms out from KNX.
